Join APBP’s representatives to the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (NCUTCD) Peter Koonce and Tom Bertulis, along with Matthew Roe of NACTO, to learn about the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Background on the MUTCD will be shared, along with guidance on how APBP members can utilize the manual. We will also be sharing information on the MUTCD recommendations currently open for comment with a May 14 deadline.
