Please briefly describe your current position and how your work relates to the bicycle/pedestrian field:
I currently work on transportation projects that include transit and active transportation design elements. These include conceptual design, active transportation network design, master plans and assisting with detailed design. I also work with other elements like traffic modelling, transit planning and design. This specialized experience and knowledge helps with advancing active transportation projects.

Why do you want to serve on the APBP Board of Directors? What do you hope to gain over the term of your Board Membership?:
I have been a member of APBP and volunteering on the membership committee since 2014. I hope to help APBP advance its goals of increasing active transportation mode share and supporting projects across North America. Further to this I would like to be on the board to help advance active transportation design and planning.

Please describe your goals for APBP and how your leadership on the Board will benefit the association. 
I would like to continue my work to provide innovative ideas to grow the APBP membership. I would particularly like to help grow the membership in Canada. One idea I am eyeing, is to bring a conference to Canada to help grow the membership in Canada.

I have volunteered on the membership committee since 2019.

I have volunteered for the: Project for Public Spaces, Vancouver Active Transportation Committee, Toronto Public Space Committee, Car Free Days Vancouver.
